Please note to be extremely careful when ordering your size, refer to the individual measurements for each product and ensure that they fit your body measurements. There is a fee + postage in the case of an exchange due to selecting the incorrect size.
Larger Sizes: If you are after a larger size than what's stated in the options on our product pages, please contact us at , as there may be the occasion that we can order a larger size* (up to size 30) dependent on availability.

Returns to Angels Formal Wear Online Store
Angels Formal Wear will only offer a refund or exchange via the online store under the following conditions:
(i) Angels Formal Wear DO NOT refund for change of mind;
(ii) in the case of a faulty item, the customer must inform Angels within 7 days of delivery date, with evidence;
(iii) if the item has a minor problem, the customer must inform Angels within 7 days of delivery date with evidence and Angels will replace or repair the item within reasonable time;
(iv) the item is returned within 14 days of delivery date;
(v) the item has not been worn, used, washed or damaged (including no small pulls or marks);
(vi) the original tags and hygiene stickers (where applicable) are attached;
(vii) the item is not a sale item;
unless otherwise entitled to a return under the Australian Consumer Law; and
(viii) you present proof of purchase; and
(ix) you have contacted the Angels Formal Wear Online Store to authorise your return.
Approval for a return is at the discretion of Angels Formal Wear.
Please note: Exchanges can only be processed for an item in the same style, for a different size (subject to stock availability). Please be extremely careful when ordering your size, refer to the individual measurements for each product and ensure that they fit your body measurements. There is a fee of $50AUD + postage in the case of an exchange due to selecting the incorrect size.
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method as the original payment. Where the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue a Credit Voucher or exchange.
In the unlikely case that the item is unable to be sent straight away due to low supplier stock, the customer will be given a choice of 3-12 weeks delivery for made-to-order, OR the customer is entitled to a full refund including postage.
(a) Once your return has been approved by Angels Formal wear, please post the items you wish to return via trackable post. Angels Formal Wear will NOT be responsible for lost parcels that have not been sent by trackable post. You will need to pay for any postage fees involved in posting the items you wish to return and postage for the new exchanged item.
(b) Angels Formal Wear will refund the postage costs for any item deemed faulty, provided you authorise your return within 7 days with Angels Formal Wear Online Store with evidence and proof of purchase.
To arrange a return to our Online Store, please contact the Angels Formal Wear Online Store at email@example.com. Any items received by Angels Formal Wear that do not comply with the above conditions will be returned to sender without a refund.
(a) Postage and fees
Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty, postage fees cannot be refunded. Return postage costs are at the customer’s own expense.
Cancellations of orders are not accepted. Please refer to our returns policy on our website. Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please contact us immediately on and we will try our best to accommodate your request. There is no guarantee of changing an order. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order.
(c) Faulty/Damaged Items
All dresses are thoroughly checked by our suppliers quality control team for no marks, pulls or faulty seams before they are dispatched. However, if your dress arrives faulty, please contact us immediately (in accordance with our policy return conditions) and we will resolve this for you promptly.
(d) Home Care for Items
Please take note of all garment care labels attached to items when taking care of your dress at home.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes however at this time Angels Formal Wear only ships to Australia, New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom at this point in time.
How do I return an item?

What are your delivery options?
At this current time we offer standard posting. For items in stock please expect 2 - 7 business days delivery for domestic orders. In the occasion that an item is not in stock, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of Portia and Scarlett gowns, and 8-12 weeks delivery of Jadore and Tania Olsen gowns. If express posting is required, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to get your item to you via express if available.
